Vegan (Fasting) Cookies with Tahini

Ingredients

• 250 g tahini
  
• 250 g brown crystal sugar
• Zest of 2 oranges
• Juice of 2 oranges
• 500 g all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• Sesame for wrapping

How to make the cookies

1. In a large bowl put the tahini, juice, sugar and zest and mix well.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and knead.
3. Leave the dough for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Make the cookies in the shape you want and dip them in the sesame seeds.
5. Put the cookies in oil paste and bake at 180 degrees Celsius  for about 15 minutes.
