Vegan (Fasting) Cookies with Tahini
Vegan, delicious cookies!
- 250 g tahini
- 250 g brown crystal sugar
- Zest of 2 oranges
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 500 g all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sesame for wrapping
How to make the cookies
- In a large bowl put the tahini, juice, sugar and zest and mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and knead.
- Leave the dough for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Make the cookies in the shape you want and dip them in the sesame seeds.
- Put the cookies in oil paste and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
