Ingredients:
- 1 cup of trahana sour
- 5 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- salt
- pepper
How to:
- Sauté the trahana in olive oil in a pot.
- Add the water.
- Add the tomato paste and herbs.
- Stir and boil on medium heat for 13-15 minutes (depending on how soft you like the trahanas).
- Serve the trahana with grated feta.
