500grEvriston is a traditional Greek pasta which was made by Pontious. They are different from classic pasta, They do not require boiling, you just add boiling water and let the evriston absorb it, in the end, you melt butter and overheat it a little, and just pour it over the pasta. Some traditions have it garnished with crystal sugar.
