Stuffed Chicken
A delicious recipe for your Christmas table!
Ingredients:
- 1 large chicken
- 300 gr of minced meat half beef half pork
- 2 large onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- A little allspice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 500 gr carolina rice
- Water
How to:
- Wash the chicken and the rice well.
- In a pan, with olive oil and butter, saute the onions with the minced meat.
- Add the rice and saute for a bit.
- Add some water, not much.
- Let the rice cook a little.
- Season the rice with salt, pepper, and allspice.
- Season the chicken and fill with half the stuffing.
- Cook the chicken for about 30 minutes, at 250°C.
- Add the rest of the rice to the pan, with some water.
- Cook until the rice is done.
- Enjoy!
