Stuffed Chicken

A delicious recipe for your Christmas table!

Ingredients:
  • 1 large chicken
  • 300 gr of minced meat half beef half pork
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • A little allspice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 gr carolina rice
  • Water

How to:

  1. Wash the chicken and the rice well. 
  2. In a pan, with olive oil and butter, saute the onions with the minced meat.
  3. Add the rice and saute for a bit.
  4. Add some water, not much.
  5. Let the rice cook a little.
  6. Season the rice with salt, pepper, and allspice.
  7. Season the chicken and fill with half the stuffing.
  8. Cook the chicken for about 30 minutes, at 250°C.
  9. Add the rest of the rice to the pan, with some water.
  10. Cook until the rice is done.
  11. Enjoy!
