Sorvas Pontian Soup

Hot, light, and vegetarian soup!

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of korkoto
  • Half a kilo of strained yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cow butter
  • 1 tablespoon mint
  • Salt Pepper
  • 1.5 - 2 lt liters of water


How to make the soup:

  1. Rinse and clean the korkoto with enough water. Then in an open pot put the water to boil together with the cork.
  2. After the korkoto is well boiled and slightly simmered, take 4 tablespoons of juice in a deep bowl and leave it to cool a bit. So that it is not hot.
  3. Next, mix the yogurt together with the broth. Pour the broth slowly, so as not to spoil the yogurt.
  4. Once they become one, we throw them in the pot. Mix well so that it does not contain lumps, mix and remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Burn the butter with a little mint.
  6. Immediately pour it into the soup and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Mix well to make till together, and serve soup hot.
