Lemon potatoes with zucchini

A recipe full of Greek tastes and aroma! Enjoy your family lunch with fresh crispy bread and a side Greek salad is a must!

Ingredients​

  • 10 big potatoes​
  • 3 zucchini
  • ​1 onion​
  • 10 tbsp. olive oil​
  • 1 tsp mustard​
  • Juice from a lemon​
  • 1 mug of water​
  • 2 tbsp. oregano​
  • Salt​
  • Pepper​
  • Paprika​
  • Turmeric​


How to make the potatoes​

  1. Cut the onion into thin slices, potatoes and zucchini into thick slices. ​
  2. In a bowl mix olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, and spices.​
  3. In a deep frying pan, place the water, potatoes, onions and zucchini and pour in the spice mixture.​
  4. Stir and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.​
