Homemade Pizza
Easy and delicious pizza!
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 300g warm water
- About 800g flourĀ
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Flour for the dough opening
For the filling:
- 300g grated tomato
- Oregano
- 300gr gouda
- 300g cheese of your choice
- 300g ham
- 10 slices of bacon
- 200g mushrooms
- 2 peppers for stuffing, in slices
How to make your pizza:
- Dissolve the yeast with water in a bowl.
- Add the oil.
- Add the flour and salt.
- Knead.
- Allow the dough to double in volume and rest for about 30 minutes.
- Divide it into 2 equal doughs.
- We open the dough.
- Spread it in an oiled pan.
- Spread the dough with the sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
- Add the cheeses in one layer.
- Then the cold cuts, mushrooms, and peppers.
- Bake at 200 celsius for about half an hour.
