Homemade Pizza

Ingredients:

For the dough:

• 300g warm water
• About 800g flour 
• 1 packet of dry yeast
• 3 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Flour for the dough opening

For the filling:

• 300g grated tomato
• Oregano
• 300gr gouda
• 300g cheese of your choice
• 300g ham
• 10 slices of bacon
• 200g mushrooms
• 2 peppers for stuffing, in slices

How to make your pizza:

• Dissolve the yeast with water in a bowl.
• Add the oil.
• Add the flour and salt.
• Knead.
• Allow the dough to double in volume and rest for about 30 minutes.
• Divide it into 2 equal doughs.
• We open the dough.
• Spread it in an oiled pan.
• Spread the dough with the sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
• Add the cheeses in one layer.
• Then the cold cuts, mushrooms, and peppers.
• Bake at 200 celsius for about half an hour.
