Fish in the Oven
A nice recipe to cook your fish.
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 potatoes, medium
- 1 onion
- 2 lemons
- 3 sea breams, cleaned
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp. oregano
- half a cup of olive oil
- 100 gr. White Wine
- A little parsley
- 2 tbsp. rosemary
How to:
- Preheat the oven to 180o C in air.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Chop the tomato and onion. Cut the lemons into slices.
- Put the chopped potatoes, the onion in a bowl and add salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, and mix.
- With all this mixture, lay the bottom of a pan.
- Put 3 slices of lemon and 3 slices of tomato on top.
- Season with salt and pepper and put a little olive oil on the fish. Fill their bellies with slices of lemon and rosemary.
- Put the fish on top of the layer with the vegetables and place the tomatoes on top of them.
- Add the wine, olive oil, and spices.
- Bake in the oven at 180o C for 50-60 minutes.
