Fish in the Oven

Ingredients:

• 2 tomatoes
• 2 potatoes, medium
• 1 onion
• 2 lemons
• 3 sea breams, cleaned
• salt
• pepper
• 2 tbsp. oregano
• half a cup of olive oil
• 100 gr. White Wine
• A little parsley
• 2 tbsp. rosemary

How to:

1. Preheat the oven to 180o C in air.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Chop the tomato and onion. Cut the lemons into slices.
3. Put the chopped potatoes, the onion in a bowl and add salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, and mix.
4. With all this mixture, lay the bottom of a pan.
5. Put 3 slices of lemon and 3 slices of tomato on top.
6. Season with salt and pepper and put a little olive oil on the fish. Fill their bellies with slices of lemon and rosemary.
7. Put the fish on top of the layer with the vegetables and place the tomatoes on top of them.
8. Add the wine, olive oil, and spices.
9. Bake in the oven at 180o C for 50-60 minutes.
