Evriston

Delicious and easy!

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of evriston
  • 80 grams of cow butter
  • 3 liters of water
  • Salt
  • Feta cheese

How to make it:

  1. In a saucepan boil water with salt and remove from heat.
  2. Add the evriston and let it absorb the water for 3'-10 ' (depends on your product choice).
  3. Strain it.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan, let it burn a little.
  5. Add the evriston to the butter and mix well.
  6. Serve it with feta cheese or in a sweet version sprinkle it with sugar.
