Evriston
Delicious and easy!
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of evriston
- 80 grams of cow butter
- 3 liters of water
- Salt
- Feta cheese
How to make it:
- In a saucepan boil water with salt and remove from heat.
- Add the evriston and let it absorb the water for 3'-10 ' (depends on your product choice).
- Strain it.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, let it burn a little.
- Add the evriston to the butter and mix well.
- Serve it with feta cheese or in a sweet version sprinkle it with sugar.
