Chocolate Truffles
Delicious chocolate bites.
Ingredients:
260 ml of water
100 g couverture
50 g of honey
25 g of cocoa
15 g brandy
75 g hazelnuts
75 g ground oats
50 g breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. Orange zest
Coconut for coating
How to make the truffles:
Put the water, the couverture, the honey, and the cocoa, in a saucepan on low heat until the couverture melts. We do not want it to boil.
Once the couverture has melted and we have a fine mixture, take it off the heat and transfer the whole mixture to another bowl and leave it to cool.
Add the ground oats, the grated hazelnuts, the toast, the brandy, and the orange zest and mix well.
Leave it for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to tighten.
Shape into balls and dip in the coconut.
