Chocolate Truffles

Delicious chocolate bites.

Ingredients:

  • 260 ml of water
  • 100 g couverture
  • 50 g of honey
  • 25 g of cocoa
  • 15 g brandy
  • 75 g hazelnuts
  • 75 g ground oats
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Orange zest
  • Coconut for coating

How to make the truffles:

  • Put the water, the couverture, the honey, and the cocoa, in a saucepan on low heat until the couverture melts. We do not want it to boil.
  • Once the couverture has melted and we have a fine mixture, take it off the heat and transfer the whole mixture to another bowl and leave it to cool.
  • Add the ground oats, the grated hazelnuts, the toast, the brandy, and the orange zest and mix well.
  • Leave it for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to tighten.
  • Shape into balls and dip in the coconut.
