Ingredients:
- 260 ml of water
- 100 g couverture
- 50 g of honey
- 25 g of cocoa
- 15 g brandy
- 75 g hazelnuts
- 75 g ground oats
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. Orange zest
- Coconut for coating
How to make the truffles:
- Put the water, the couverture, the honey, and the cocoa, in a saucepan on low heat until the couverture melts. We do not want it to boil.
- Once the couverture has melted and we have a fine mixture, take it off the heat and transfer the whole mixture to another bowl and leave it to cool.
- Add the ground oats, the grated hazelnuts, the toast, the brandy, and the orange zest and mix well.
- Leave it for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to tighten.
- Shape into balls and dip in the coconut.
