Chocolate Salami (Mosaic)

A classic and easy dessert for chocolate lovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of petit beurre
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 pack dark couverture chocolate
  • 1 pack milk couverture chocolate
  • 2 tbsp tahini with cocoa
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa 

How to make the chocolate salami

In a pot, add the condensed milk and butter, in low heat until the butter melts. Stir the whole time, to avoid burning the milk. Remove the pot from the heat. In a big bowl add the chocolates, cocoa and tahini. Pour the condensed milk and butter over the chocolate mix and stir till the chocolate melts. Break the biscuits over the bowl and stir, till covered in chocolate. Use baking paper and pour the mixture on it. Wrap into a cylinder and fold the edges. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
