Pies are shipped every Wednesday and Friday. For example, if someone places the order on Saturday, the order will leave on Monday normally and on Wednesday separately the pies. Finally let us inform you that the pita is a fresh baked product, always arrive at your place with 2-3 days of residual shelf life. If the products are not consumed within few days, we strongly recommend you to freeze the products in order to keep inaltered the taste and the quality. The pita's can be refrigerated for up to 12 months beyond their expiration date. This is the official message of the company.
